Our classic Bele Obbattu features a sweet filling of slow-cooked toor dal (split pigeon peas) blended with jaggery and fragrant cardamom, encased in a delicate, golden whole wheat dough. Kaayi Obbattu (Coconut Holige)
Our Kaayi Obbattu celebrates the richness of fresh coconut combined with jaggery and a hint of cardamom, all wrapped in tender, hand-rolled dough. The filling delivers a luscious, tropical sweetness with delicate texture—a festive favorite that honors the flavors of coastal Karnataka and Tamil Nadu traditions.
